Making a Prestfelde education accessible
Through its bursary provision, Prestfelde aims to widen access to the School and ensure that pupils are able to benefit from a nurturing and supportive learning environment, either by joining the community or by continuing their education without disruption.
Bursaries are means-tested and reviewed annually.

New families are advised to apply before their child starts at Prestfelde

The family's circumstances and available resources are considered
COMMITTEE DECISION
The family's Concessions Committee considers the application
OUTCOME
The Bursar informs families of the outcome

Income, capital and available household resource
Employment
Whether both parents are able to work
Family Circumstances
Including circumstances where parents are separated
Other Support
Supported available from extended family or other schools
In addition to the above, the School will consider competition for available bursaries and its overall financial position.
Important Information
Bursaries cannot be applied for retrospectively.
Bursaries are available to UK residents and are reviewed annually unless stated.
