A Prestfelde education is about giving every child the opportunity to flourish.

Children are known as individuals, stretched and supported in equal measure, and given the space to enjoy childhood while developing the skills, character and self-belief they will carry into senior school and beyond.
Tuition & Fees from September 2026
Our school fees are inclusive of VAT. The fees are also inclusive of lunches (day pupils) or breakfast / lunch / supper (boarders) and morning and afternoon refreshments, all from our Award-Winning Chef and his team.
We continue to seek to provide as much as we can within the basic school fee in order to keep your ‘extras’ to a minimum. ‘Extras’ are charged retrospectively for the term on an interim bill.
Pupil personal accident insurance including dental, most clubs, and all necessary textbooks are included and we subsidise some of the off-site educational visits. All travel for games matches and otherwise when deemed representing the school as part of a team are also included in the fees. The School also has excellent learning support provision integral to the classroom (some individual assistance may be subject to additional fees).

Our Admissions Team will be very happy to guide you through how the funding works in practice and how it can be applied to your chosen sessions.
Our school fees are inclusive of lunches (day pupils) and morning and afternoon refreshments all from our Award-Winning Chef and his team.
We participate in the Government’s Nursery Education Funding Scheme, which can be used with the above sessions. We accept Government funding for 3 hours per day, 5 days a week 8.30am – 11.30am, as part of the morning session, and 12.30pm – 3.30pm as part of the afternoon session. The total charge is the fee for being part of the school.

Fee Support
Scholarships
Prestfelde offers academic scholarships for internal and external candidates, with additional awards available in Music, Art and Sport.
Bursaries
Means-tested bursaries may be available to families facing financial hardship, with applications considered on an individual basis and reviewed annually by the School.
Sibling Discounts
Families with more than one child attending Prestfelde in Year 1 or above receive a 5% discount for the second child and 10% for the third and fourth.
Payment of fees
Fees are payable by direct bank transfer on or before the first day of each term.
The School operates a 10-month Direct Debit Monthly Payment Scheme. This service is provided for the benefit of parents. There is no charge to parents for this service. Applications should be made via email to finance@prestfelde.co.uk.
Parents can also pay for a year or more upfront. These payments can be made by bank transfer.

Prestfelde School Limited
Tax-Free Childcare can be used to pay for fees up to the term in which your child turns 5. They cannot be used to pay for fees thereafter. However Tax-Free Childcare can also be used to pay for boarding, after school clubs which take place after the normal school day i.e. Den and for payment of holiday clubs which are run and organised by the school.
